Relate - We begin by getting to know our students. We work to build a relationship based on mutual respect and common goals. Then, together, we pursue success.

Evaluate - Our learning programs begin with an in depth evaluation of each student's learning process and level of comprehension. Since we all learn in different ways, one of the keys to creating an effective learning program is to discover the method each student uses to take in and process information. Teaching students to teach themselves is our goal, so discovering each student's natural learning method is one of our first milestones.

Reinforce - Once we understand the student's optimum learning method, we work to build a solid foundation of subject fundamentals before advancing the curriculum. We identify gaps and reinforce the basics, then move forward.

Educate - With a solid foundation of fundamentals and the proper learning tools in place, we plan our strategy for success and set realistic goals. We analyze each topic from many different perspectives and teach students to apply their unique learning methods to master their subject.

Progress - Our goal is for students to master their learning skills enabling them to progress into new subject matter with confidence in their ability to solve any problem.

Success - Each student's progress is constantly monitored and evaluated. Milestones and goals are reviewed and updated as needed. We issue monthly reports to encourage additional practice and celebrate student achievement.
